Winter Break

Hi Grizzly Family!

Winter Break is almost here! This week we are presenting our disaster projects that the kids have been working so hard on. They have been absolutely AWESOME! In this unit, the kids have created:

1) Blogs
2) News Articles
3) Presentations
4) Survival Kits

We have been focusing a lot on scientific language and writing in the Science content area. It has been so fun to see the kids change their writing style and learn a new type of writing. Some of their disasters are so incredibly creative, too! We have had everything from a supernova, to zombies, to a tsunami. What a blast it's been seeing them really get excited about learning!
