Hi Grizzlies!
It is important to know that testing is coming! 6th and 8th grade start next week with 7th grade starting Thursday, April 19th. In class, we are prepping for testing with multiple choice practice as well as sample essay questions. Since test prep is not the most fun, we are only doing this for the next week or so.
The goal is for kids to be prepared for content they see on the test and now how to go about answering questions and writing prompts correctly.
Today, we started with a fiction passage, and reviewed annotating, genre focus, as well as multiple choice testing strategies.
