Week of 4/23-4/27

Good Morning!
It is getting close to the end of the year, and what a great year it has been! As of this afternoon, we will be DONE with testing!

We are starting my favorite research project of the year....the TRAVEL PROJECT! 

This project gives kids $5,000 (fake) dollars and has them research a country to visit as well as hotel accommodations, flights, and activities. This project requires learning how to budget their money to have a fabulous time!

Another part of this project is that students will create a travel blog using past tense to tell about their pretend vacation and practice writing. Finally, students will create a detailed Google Slides show that they will present about their country and trips to the entire class!

These projects are DUE MAY 10th! We will present May 10th and 11th.
